an option to have VDJ automatically add cue points, as MIK does for other dj software.
It would be an amazing time saver to just edit as opposed to create cue points.

It actually also does it for regular mixing
They are called "Remix points":
But it seems to only do in places where it's pretty sure it's correct
I wouldn't mind it adding more, and try to identify verses and choruses and so on
And also first beat position and first lyric position

I think that's a bit too much to expect (IMO). Let's face it, sometimes VDJ can't even follow the beat in a track.
For the longest time, DJ software in general has a hard time telling the difference between an uptempo track and a ballad. Expecting it to detect verse and chorus? I don't think so :-)
