I have Numark DJ2G02 Touch controller which I select on the Licenses tab under Home. I have a Pro license, and under Home it says "License DJ2G02T Home". However, when I close the window and reopen it, the controller is no longer listed. How do I maintain the controller listing?

I can't exactly understand what you're talking about, but if my guess is correct, then you don't need that window to "remember" your controller.
You have a PRO license. The PRO license activates all controllers and has priority over all other licenses.
The window you refer to, is a place for users to BUY a license for their controller.
Since you already have a PRO license, you don't need to select anything there because there's no reason to buy anything extra.
