I have a DJM v10, I configured it according to the VDJ parameters on channels 2 and 3 with the related stems control of channels 1 and 4. I encountered this bug, when I press SYNC the two songs loaded in track 1 and track 2 ARE NOT SYNCHRONIZED ON THE BEAT.
As a test, I also used the same song in the two tracks but each time I have to adjust the pitch to synchronize them on an audio level with the result that graphically on the waveform the lines of the beats are misaligned.
I set the latency very low but the problem persists.
Note that if I increase the latency the problem increases, i.e. I have to act on the pitch more forcefully.
I noticed that if I set channels 3 and 4 instead of 2 and 3 the problem disappears but I can't use it
the mixer knobs to act on the stems because they are occupied by the channel.
Please fix this as it is a shame not to use such an important set.
With the djm S7 there are no problems
