Are there any options in VDJ to change what is displayed on the jogwheel displays? I can control it on my ns4fx but cant change anything on the Rane Four.

No, because Rane FOUR itself, does not allow that.
There are only two options regarding on jog display of Rane Four, and these settings can only be controlled via Rane Four itself.
Enter the menu on main (center) screen, and navigate to jog.
There you can only change time between elapsed/remain and turn on/off a virtual needle sticker.
