I have recently added virtual dj to another another computer. I'm having a problem with the effects buttons. when I trigger effects 1 it works, when I trigger effects 2 or 3 changes the effects on effects number 1. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

sounds like you're in 1 fx mode, read the hardware manual for 3 fx mode.
