When i load in a track of 175 bpm that drops at 0:44 but i want to play it at 185 bpm for example i use the bpm slider to change it but then the song timing also changes. Then the song drops at 0:41. Is there a way to change this so when i change the bpm of a song, the song still drops at 0:44

Well that's not really possible, is it?
If you alter the speed of the track it will change the play time.

I know when you change the bpm on rekordbox the song timing changes too. So there is no way to do this on VirtualDJ?

It's impossible, because the length of the track (and therefore the time location of a drop) is a result of its tempo. If you make the track faster, it becomes shorter, because the beats are closer together.
If you're driving to a destination that's a fixed distance from you, driving faster gets you there quicker. Same principle.
