Hi, I am a beginner DJ. I was playing a set and at some point, when I loaded a track into deck 2, it was producing no sound anymore. I tried changing volume, checked stems, but still no sound. I loaded other songs into deck 2, but still no sound. Only restart of virtual dj resolved the issue. Deck 1 still worked fine.
Are there options to reset the deck without restarting virtual dj?
I am using a mac m3 with sequoia and a Hercules Starlight controller.

There are various reset* options that are listed in the user manual for your use.
However you should learn how to use VirtualDJ and what kinds of things can potentially cause audio to not play through the decks (normally it's either fader assignment (including the crossfader) or an effect you left on, including stem effects like vocal echo)
Please read the decks section of the manual as a start on how to understand some of those things (as a matter of fact, you should read the entire manual).
Also, more general "how to use" questions are probably better suited for the General Discussion section - the Tech Support section is normally used more for reporting unexpected/not clearly defined behavior of the software.
