I want to use a MIDI Board to call some VDJ Actions, like "video_fx 'Diashow', as i have already done with custom buttons.
Why the MIDI mapped commands work not the same as the custom button ones?
The command above via MIDI mapping will activate the diashow only at the at the left player. The same command via custom button activates the overlay video effect.
google gemini tells me, i have to use a command like master_video-effect, but this doesn't work either.

SOLUTION:
in mapping window the DECK field must be filled in. "Default" must be entered here
if it's left empty, all commands will be routed to left channel

You can also add "deck master" in front of the command to explicitly run it on the master.
