Hi my name is Alberto i just but license of $19.99 and i cant use my license i log in with my mail and is a mesage said cant conect with the server al my internet i active i need to have the program ready this week help me some one please

I need help i cant used my monthly service but i cant use it when i log in with my imail comes a mesage cant conect to the server and my internet is active
 
Is just said like I don’t have internet and my internet is active thats the problem ant conect to the server
 
I try diferent ways and same thing i try suport and there is nothing to help me
