My headphone volume knob has a ghost fader. I cannot hear anything from my headphones

Were you able to figure out the issue with no volume on your headphones? We're having an issue with our FLX6 headphones as well. It briefly flashes at normal volume then is nearly inaudible even when cranked. It only flashed audio on the very first use of the cue button. Every other time its after its nearly inaudible.
