On windows for the last 5 versions of virtualDJ there is a bug in the audio recording system regardless of the format. Hundreds of audio glitches and pops are inserted. I was hoping this would be resolved but it seems to be a consistent issue.

I do a 2 hours live broadcast (and simultaneous recording) every Friday, and a 2 hours recording every Saturday. I use various controllers and I don't have any issue.
How are you recording ?
Perhaps you're using a record loopback (a record input in your sound configuration) and your sound interface experiences buffer underruns ?
For my Friday live broadcast, I use Pioneer DDJ-800 with a "software" mic and I have pushed the latency down to 2ms because of this without having any real issues.
So, if you have an issue, it's most likely specific to your computer/controller/system/setup.
Therefore please let us know how you record, your system specs, when the issue appeared for the very first time, if you did anything to your system besides updating VirtualDJ, e.t.c.
Any detail might help to identify your issue.
