Topic: Controller not responding
Hi, I have an older version of Virtual DJ, my controller is a Reloop Beatmix with the Virtual DJ LE 2 version.
One week ago, saturday everything is ok, the next day no response with the controller. I deleted the program from my laptop, and reinstalled with driver but nothoing works. All the bottons light up but all buttons no response. The program works fine when I control with the laptop and mouse.
Anybody else with this problem?

I verified and did not get the KB5074105 update. Now I'm downloading a patch named KB5085516,, I.L see if it will repair the problem.

I searched my computer and I don't have the KB5074105 anywhere. I don't know what to do next.
 
First, not sure how you run VirtualDJ 8/2026, since your Trial has expired and your LE serial is good only for version 7. Since your Reloop Trial has ended, you ll only be able to use your controller for 10mins on each session.

About the Windows update...
None of these ? KB5074105, KB5077241 & KB5077181

You can also see if the new (buggy) Midi 2.0 is enabled in your computer :
- Update your VirtualDJ to the latest Early Access Build 9241
- Goto VDJ Settings, ->OPTIONS tab and click on the small cog-icon at the bottom-right of that window, which will open the VirtualDJ Home-Folder https://www.virtualdj.com/img/370573/29893/Options.png
- Look for the file systemreport.txt and open it with a Text Editor.
- See if under "-- System info --" there is a line logged for Midi 2.0. If there, you are in MIDI 2.0 (buggy) service. If not , you should be good and we can look for other causes.
