K look. I need assistance . I have reached out to support about my IDJ sub. My bank says it is not on their end. So to be sure I used my wifes credit card. Nope did not work. Support send me a link to try . it says it went through ,have the emails confirming. But still no access to download. have had this sub for years. Had to cancel. But need it again. Been trying since Fri night. How bout some help. I am also noticing it says no account . But i have had an account since 2010
