Hi,
Can anyone tell me anything about the device below:
http://www.usbgear.net/item_53.html
Will this work with Atomixmp3 as a second audio adapter? I am currently running on a Dell Notebook and am in serious need of a second audio adapter, if this one works it will save me a whole heap of hassles!
Any info would be great.
Adam

I've responses to give to you on this subject, but do you speak french (my english is very poor)?
If you respond yes, i'll make a new message on the french forum to explain many solutions for laptops.

=====
The ID4 USB SOUND MODULE is a single-chip digital audio product designed specifically for USB digital audio implementations, yet an on-chip analog mixer also supports legacy analog audio technology
=====
(from their page)
Honestly, if it installs sound drivers, and is considered an audio device, it should work fine. I just may get me one of those to try it out. ^_^
If you are unsure or hesitant, e'mail them and ask if it has its own drivers and can function as a standalone soundcard. If you can use it without having a sound card it SHOULD work in Atomix. (and everything else!)
Peace yo.
