visual winamp wrapper effect doesnt work unless.. you have the winamp plugins on "C:Program FilesWinampPlugins" FYI
other than that it seems to work great atleast with winamp's best effect AVS..
SCLAVEL: when you add the support for other paths, please add some .ini file or something where i can specify the threshold / bandpass so that i may send only the BEATS not the other sounds to the plugin! so only when there BOOM there will be sound for the winamp plugin to analyze!! PLEASE!

if that path doesn't work, feel free to try "C:/Program Files/Winamp/Plugins" where / are changed to backslashes.
