I have the same problem. However, it only occurs with ONE of my hundreds of mp3s. I really don't get it. I don't listen to the song ever actually, but it disturbs me though.
I'd like an answer.

I had the same problem too and I solved it by opening the mp3 file with GoldWave and saving it again.
