When I try and use the autosync on my songs, they do not sync. Any reason why? I am using my new Dell Inspirion 8000 laptop. My sound card in this machine is a ESS Maestro. NOt sure if that has anything to do with it. One thing I did notice when I use the 2 songs that came with the setup software, that are located in the root directory of the software and played them they sync fine. Only when I use my own mp3's do I have the problem. Is it because of the type of music I listen to? I listen mainly to Pop, Rap, & R&B.

yes, most r&b, rap and pop songs have 2/4 beats. (meaning 2 bass beats per 4 beat measure, boom . . . boom . . .) Where atomixmp3's "autosync" works *best* with 4/4 song which is most dance music (boom boom boom boom) You must sync them by ear... like a real dj does.
