I just purchased the atomixmp3 ver 2.0 on the internet. when I try to open the program it ask me for the serial # where do i get this # from because the confirmation e-mail i received don't have a serial #

The email you receive SHOULD have the serial number in it.

Look for the following line in your e-mail:
Le numéro de série de votre logiciel Atomixmp3 est

The number after this is your serial number.

Thanks for your reply, but in the email that i received doesn't have the serial # all it says is that i purchased the atomixmp3 that i can download it for 3 days then it gives me a link with the website to download. It also gives me an email address for any problems. I sent the email but have not receive a reply yet.
 
Hmm, that's strange. It should appear between the download link and the e-mail address for tech support. I guess something went wrong on their end. I'm sure they'll get back to you ASAP!
 
Just mail us to service@atomixmp3.com we'll send you your serial number.
