Do you mean by a cutoff an effect like the standerd "Cut" effect, but on different times a beat?

yeah ikke! but it must be adjustable. the rate must be choosen by the user for ex. 2 3 4.... times a beat :)

Oh I see. Maybe one day... ;) I'll try (but first I have to complete the ones I'm working on at the moment. The Compressor and Vocal remover will be there in some days...

OK, I just uploaded Cuts at a rate of 1,2,3,4,6,8,16 and 32 cuts per beat. Check the Addon section (once they're there).
