When I run it, it gives me the following message :
Protection Error 16. Please contact --@--.--
Can somebody help me out? Please I would really appreciate it.

umm well i kinda get that messages aswell kinda because ive been doing naughty piracy, now ive decided to go straight but that protection 16 keeps popping up i dont know what to do

When you get the new download, it's a good idea to save it to disk. THis way if you have this problem again you cna just re install the program.
