hi i have a P4 2.8 ghz dell machine with 512 ram the recommended ram mentioned by VDJ is 1gig are many people using VDJ with 512 ram and if so are you finding things are stable? any crashes if not running at 1gig ram?

The problem is when you use video... you may need more RAM to handle properly.

You will be fine as long as you fine tune your Windows install. Eliminate unnecessary processes, etc.

thanks for responses but not being a tech head could someone send any links for step by step instructions to optimising windows for such an application?
