So if you put the controller on a powered hub you'll be fine. Laptops are known for underpowered usb ports. The whole thing could be solved by and external power supply too.

So how and when will we be able to purchase these units? I am biting my fingernails!!!! I can't wait to get two of these....please soon!!!

like it said, bad power supplies, I just bought one thats 600wattts for my computer. My hard drives have better transfer speed, my voltages never drop. Good clean power makes the computer run excellent!

The announcement was made by Eks late April. Is there any new release date for the VDJ version?

Now the controllers will probably come very quickly, because I just bought a Echo Indigo DJ PMCIA soundcard :-). I dont care. I want my two XP10's!!!

So, I guess XP10 is not going to be further delayed because of this.. As they said, bad hubs they can do nothing about - "nothing we can do to help"...

So - guess this problem will be ignored, and not delay release...
