What are the settings for using TCCD? Do u use the setting that says TCV?

OK, I have done this and have muted out the in on the monitors and I still have a problem when using the tccd. Can anyone help? My problem is that it locks up when using the TCCD's, has this happen before?

what setup are you using ? Try lower the volume into the pc from the decks. They play too loud

Open the Config Timecode menu. Then open up the advanced menu. Try to get the signal at 100%. Like dj-in-norway already said is that you probably have to lower the input volume on your sound card (By clicking on Asio configon the Timecode setup screen).

Thanks guys and yes, it was a volume issue that was the problem. I had to mute out from the control panel/sound device the line-in and pow, it worked out fine!
