I am having a problem with music coming from the same channel. I have VDJ pro
My system: I have gigaport AG for a sound card, DAC 3 controller and a dj mixer.
By a USB connection I come out of my laptop to the sound card and to the mixer. sound from both decks come out of one channel on the mixer, I've tried everything in the settings under sound card. the laptop recognized the sound card, but still no luck.
I want to be able to listen and que songs from the mixer and be able to mix from the mixer.
DAC 3 works fine with the program. I am a new user, I hope someone will be able to get me going....I love VDJ program, I can't wait to utilize it.
PS: I also have PCDJ program I am not having any problems sound coming from same channel with this program.

Try selecting the 6th option from the top (in soundcard settings) 4.1 to mixer. click ok, then exit the program, re-launch and all should work.

Thank you very much. I've tried what you told me to do, I also had to change the sound output from the sound card....it works perfect.

(For pcdj I had to use outputs 1&2 for channel 1 5&6 for channel 2......for VDJ I used outputs 1&2 for channel 1 outputs 3&4 for channel 2)
