Whenever I open a folder containing my songs, the default setting has it sorted alphabetically (name of song/artiste) , is it possible to configure VDJ to have the sorted BPM statically assigned when a folder is opened ???

You can do this if you load the tracks to a waitlist and sort before you save and rename it.
Like if you take a whole folder say of dance and load it like I describe, it will save it that way or anyway you have it listed.

THNX a mill yo, all you do is change the value to 3 and it will sort by the BPM value...GREAAAAAT.....VDJ all the way !!!
