Can we sample loops that are longer than one bar?

I see that the software comes with many .vdj loop examples and some of these are 4 bars long. How were they sampled?

Also

If you could make VDJ read .rex, .map and .sf2 files then let VDJ play them back at any tempo by time stretching the loop that would be great.

According to the manual (I read it! believe it or not) it's possible to make sample loops on the fly. I tried to sample an 8 beat loop and it worked. I think it should also work with a 32 beat loop or more.
Does this answer your first question? I hope it does.

Read other format ok, but the beatlock for the sampler work better with .vdj because that not juste a sample, this files containe lot of information about the BPM, the Eq information, of the sample.

Thats odd, if i rename the vdj samples 2 mp3 then they are simply mp3's. It seems to work backwards to !!

So if you have samples in mp3, just rename them to .vdj.
Hope that explains that the vdj file is nothing more or less then mp3 ?!
