maybe should make it more noticeable on the page prehaps a button next to the virtual dj logo

prehaps increased advertising ,

il put a banner/logo or a link on my website if you like :)

aslo prehaps giving it its own domain might boost visitors or a link on google
 
Advertising through our member base is a great start!, thanks skyfx, hope you do that ;), so many people have here have sites etc, I also think a direct listen link from this site would make listening more convenient.

All radio members know my views on how it could improve, only just now I was saying that a higher bite rate download (improved Audio quality) and more use of the microphone would make VDJ Radio closer to the Standard of other digital radios.
 
is there any offical press logos i can use or any banners or any thing like that?
 
aslo a higher bitrate sounds a very good idea.

and the microphone , because its good to talk XD

although i agree there is a pretty good diverse collection of music, why not try holding a forum poll to find out what people would actually like to hear on the radio? like a side poll or pop up or something.. not just a thread that is easily overlooked

I know i don't tune in for a lot of the genre's that don't interest me... who knows, maybe we arent really playing the popular majority stuff?
 
The radio isn't for playing the popular majority stuff. Many radios do that, and do it well!

The radio is mainly for the VDJ Dj's to share the music they like, to show how good they can mix and also to show can be done using VDJ live!

Having a good diversity of music, for sure... But also have music that interests more people at main peak hours... More popular music at certain days, and hours of the day, maybe...

After all, yes its for showing VDJ live and what it can do, but it wouldn't hurt having more listeners;)
And every DJ at the radio wants just that:)

A bit of planning on what genre of music is on at what hours, weekly fixed schedule so that fans of a certain genre knows when its on, and promo of the weekly schedule... :) Just a few ideas I would love to see ;)

But then again, there is nothing wrong being an (obscure) radio for djs - by djs.....
But we cant complain on low listeners then :)

We have an avarage of 10-15 % of the users online at the forum, listening to the radio... Not bad at all :)

u guys in the us or out of the us can use myspace.com to make some advertising, and skyblog for the one in france ! well I think we need a lot of marketing here ! flyers out on your campus would be nice too ! I will try on my campus to do it ! aight ? good jobs on the GIF.
