I have problem when i use web camera and switch on my disco lights. camera starting scratch it self.

This is normal. Rather use external controllers to scratch than web camera. It is more a toy :)

Yes this feature was developed long time ago, when there wasn't XP10's yet ;-) It's OK for a home use with stable light, but never for a live use, too risky.

To use with TCV it is enough. Just get good cartridges.
