I have a MK2, a TT and a mixer. I have connected all of them correctly. That is not the problem, but the problem is that when I change my VDJ config to Low Latency Vinyl i can't chose a soundcard, can somebody help me please. Thanks

Low Latency Vinyl makes use of ASIO drivers to create very small buffers.

Likelyness is your soundcard doesn't have any ASIO drivers.

Try these: http://www.asio4all.com/

Should set you up some ASIO drivers for use with your sound card, which should then hopefully show up in your Low Latency Vinyl selection box.

There's no need to use asio4all with the mk2, just change the mk2 from wdm to asio using the Hercules Control Panel (the vinyl icon by your system clock, or in control panel).

How can I change it in control panel? My M201 mixer won't mix, is it output or input in my MK2? How can I set bypas mode because I still can't find it?Grtz

Start > Control Panel > Switch To Classic View* > Hercules DJ Console Mk2
* found in the left hand column if catagory (huge icons) view is activated

You want the input of your mixers line connection to be connected to the output of the Mk2. The green light for input should be lit on Mk2, to bypass (use normal vinyl) simply press the corresponding button rather than using VirtualDJ to do a software bypass (you get better results this way).

Is it possible that at the Mk2, their is only one connection for OUTPUT? And which button do I press for the bypass? Thanks man

Are you sure you have the Mk2? The Mk2 has four outputs (although it's effectively two). There are 4 mono phono outputs, which gives you 2 channels into your mixer, and also two 3.5mm outputs.

Lol yeah I see it now. But is it possible that with my mixer their wasn't the right cable delivered to connect it with the MK2?

You only get one cable which is intended for the Home Edition. You're supposed to connect it from either of the outputs from the Mk2 (possibly 1/2 rather than 3/4) and connect it to the line in of your computer, this is so you can hear what you're mixing (not including the headphones).

Seeing as you have the professional edition, you can change your soundcard setup. You require a pair of stereo phono leads to connect from the Mk2 to your mixer. For now you can connect the 3.5mm to phono connection from your Mk2 to one channel.
