Any Ideas....I use a gigaport usb external soundcard... after about 2 hours I have to turn my gain and master up (a lot) on my external mixer just to get any real sound out of the speakers...if i play an "effects sound" thats fine ...just the deck 1 and deck 2...will get very weak.....

THANK YOU

Have you checked the gain setting for each deck in VDJ? The gain may be lowered, causing the level to go down.

it is not a stupid question. I use the software from version 1.0 and I'm learning something new about VDJ each week.

In the config menu, there are some settings for the gain. Like always match: You set it on a certain level (for example -3dB) if you load a new track this will also be set to -3dB. 0dB: all songs will be loaded at 0dB. Off: you have to set it by hand for each song.

For my setup I have it set to "always match" and I set it manually at the start of the gig at -3dB. This gives the best sound quality for me.

I just love the comunication!....VDJ RULZ.....Thanks again for the support....I've been using pcdj for sometime but have been surprized and amazed at the simplicity and user friendliness of this program.!!!

Is there a button on dac2 that allows you to start automix without actually hitting automix?

what about scrolling playlist with dac2?

as I say HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY.....Looking forward to VDJ 4!
