Any idea what might make your waveform choppy, hesitant? Reactivity set to fast on a ver poerful computer. While running VDJ resources run at 2%. It sounds good so I am reluctant to mess with it. I have this program instaled on a much less powerful laptop and the waveform is not choppy at all. resources running between 4-10%. Obviously up to 100% on loads on both.

the reactivity tab is for the waveform (not the audio play)
So you can try different setting to see if it improves
You never know, worth a try... although fast should work fine.
Also, check if graphic card share IRQ (=gets interupted by other hardware)

So the waveform is directly connected to the graphics card in some way.

all graphics on your screen are...
And since the wave need a constant flow of data, IRQ sharing can in theory make it choppy...
but it might not be the problem..
Worth a check though :)
