I am having problems getting any custom videos to play.
Do they have to have sound?
I am using adobe premiere to produce avi file then converting to mpeg with bbmpeg. I have tried several resolutions and mpeg1 and mpeg2 with an error messege each time.
Can someone give me correct file format resolution size etc

Try changing the codec in the config area to windows media video decoder instead of the stock "video decoder". All of my AVIs were locking up the program until I switched codecs, they all work perfect now. I also had to change mine for MPEG and MPGs.
