I have an X-Session Pro MIDI controller. When selecting between the different video effects, it freezes the video but sound continues to play. Sometimes it even crashes and says "send error report" "dont send"

No it was a bug and it has been fixed in 4.2.
CPU usage on a Extreme Core Duo... With a GX2 and a 8800GTX :) Make me laugh more :D
I can run at 64 samples, 48,000 codec rate and get latency of 0.8ms on my m-audio delta 44.

I've similar problem.
Witha MIDI controller, in Audio is very good, but the button crashe and freeze
software when assingn the Video effect it (VideoTEXT on first).
The VideoFader work very well in MIDI, but effect and transition
are the several bug
in VDJ 3.4 and 4.1r2
with or without M-Audio last version driver.
AUGH ! ! !
