Well VDJ seperates databases per user accounts. I'm the only one that uses this computer and i have 2 accounts.
One with all the graphical beauty you could imagine, the other one optimised for VDJ, without any graphics.
At home i usually do some work for VDJ (sorthing mp3s, adjusting BPMs and such), and i always do this on my 1st account (graphic). Can i make it so that VDJ doesn't seperates the 2 db files, because else i have to do everything again on my other account too.

As for optimisations, yours isn't hte best way to do it. You'd better install another WinXP on a new fresh hard disk partition. This way you can remove graphics (of cousrse), but you have also to remove useless services, like Network ones, antiviruses, useless utilities and so on. In my optimised partition there are only basic Windows services, the latest motherboard, audio and video drivers and VirtualDJ. Nothing more. And works times faster than the main parititions... the drivers latency (I mean ALL drivers) is about 1/10th of the main one, and everything goes like a flash. Videogames work better, too, and this is a significant factor!
