Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a program that would change or swap file names of video files...

Actually in my case, SWAP file name formats which in my case would be...

Song Title [MIX TYPE] - ARTIST

And Switch it to...

ARTIST - Song Title [MIX TYPE]

And do so in "BATCH"...

Tao,

I know that Tag & Rename will do this for files that support ID3 tags, but that doesn't help with video files because they can't do ID3 tags.
I'm sure there is something out there and someone will reply with a suitable piec of software, but if not, then I will write a quick program for you that will do that.

Looks like this program will do it for, but you will need to do a little scripting to make it do exactly what you want it to.

I used to write batch scripts to do what you want, but I've lost all my source. (That was some time ago.)

F.Y.I. - My Uncle is a computer programmer and he work's for Delphi...

He is going to write a program to do what I need and once it is down I'll pass it along for others to use...
