VM Exchange, formerly VMS Media has stopped shipping product and answering the phones!

I get the "VJ Tools" series (yearly prepaid) and have 10 months left on my subscription. I have not recieved any issues in 2 months and noone answers the phone or returns calls. I have left a dozen messages over the last 2 months.
If anyone has any info about what is going on please inform me! Also let me know if anyone is still recieving product.

To Promo Only and TMCentury: Please start offering an extended mix series for the mixing VJs (not premixed stuff)

I am in the same situation. I have been trying to contact them for about 2 months and no one is answering the phones and I haven't received any product recently. I too have a yearly subscription with them and have only received 1 dvd, they still owe me 11 more disk. I also not satify with the product it self. The only reason I purchase VJ TOOLS was because VM Exchange are the only one offering extended mix on their video. But after buying some back issues and viewing the product it doest compare to Promo Only and Screen play. Their product have problems with blue lines, and slight pixelation.
I am under the impression that they have been shut down for some reason or another.
Is there something we can do to get our money back?
