i conected my old dj console mk1 just to do some tests.
so i installed the latest drivers for mk1 wich hercules named them 2007
and after that when i close virtual dj i receive the next message wich is named as
"bridgedjwindowname:virtual dj.exe-application error" and it says the folowing "
THE INSTRUCTION AT "0x10004282" REFERED MEMORY AT "0x10004282" THE MEMORY COULD NOT BE "READ"
CLICK OK TO TERMINATE PROGRAM
CLICK CANCEL TO DEBAG PROGRAM

so i thought that reinstalling the software and the drivers of my soundcards (u46dj and hercules djconsole mk1)would give a sollution.
but i was wrong the same message comes again and again each time i close vdj.
please help.

unless you are using vista i recommend you use the 2006 driver package

ftp://ftp.hercules.com/pub/webupdate/DJMk2/2006_CMK2_1.exe

so maybe it's the bug there was with 2006 drivers when using my mapper. Try with 2007 drivers (the bug was corrected)

It's a problem linked to the new drivers apparently :-(
We are investigating

after alot of clean reinstallations i beleive that its the drivers that causes the problem and not your mapper.
thanks anyway:)
