Well, obviosly the code is very very similar, but there must be something every so slightly different?
Do the two apps have the same checksum and its just a name change?

Who cares if they are different by one number... the main difference right now is one works, the other doesn't ... Let's get the one that doesn't work to work :-)
right now, i have the one that doesn't work.
And I know, I am being patient, and yes they are working on it and i have every confidence in the team they will have it fixed in no time ... However, patients only goes so far ;-)

speed, i hear you bro....What my point is that it should be fairly easy to disseminate the issue when you have one thing that works, and one that doesnt...
Ive learned one thing in my mac experience. When you have a developer who codes for the Mac, they do it with passion. They could easily just code for the windows masses, but they have chosen to code for us.
Us Mac users are gaining ground and are switching by the herds.. Lets support the developers in any positive way guys.....

I do support the developers, but this is not some little hidden issue. This is upFrONT and obvious. Boot it up before you release it. I spent $300 for a product that doesnt work from the get go. So patients is not something that we must demonstrate. This product is going to be spectacular but in the meantime I feel jilted, taken if you must. We should be somehow compensated for our troubles. Its going on five days now...

I did not realize they were selliing the Mac version yet.
Are they?
And I dont think most developers work on the weekends, so Its really 3 days.
Trust me, I WANT to use this for my gigs this weekend just as BAD.

Dev Team always work, but please know that it worked in the beta, it works in the Cue release, so its a human slip that happened compiling the VDJ release.
It was done in last minute as a suprise to you all before they went to Frankfurt Musikmesse and released it (Cue version) to the World Press.
Dev team got back real late last night, and give them a bit of time to get settled back in the office, and I'm sure your patience will get rewarded with a fix ;)

The Mac version is only available to pro users. You can only get it if you buy the pro version for Windows. It is not available yet for direct purchase. The VDJ Team has been telling everyone this. I have been urging people not buy the Windows for the Mac version yet because of the bugs.
