Would like some input from shuttle users and others familiar with shuttle systems.

I have to tell you that that's the perfect machine!
I would go with this card that you listed http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130074
because #1, truthfully, anything over a 128 mb video card is overkill for video mixing... but just get a 256 for good measure. and #2. you can't use a double space card in the shuttle... it has to be a single space card.
other than that, that will be the most jammin' system you've ever put your hands on...

Nice recommendations, the Shuttle PC's are looking quite attractive.
The eVGA cards are built solid and should be able to handle any of the current video content we're using.
Ever have any heat issues due to the compact design of the case? Is everything able to cool properly?
