Topic: Numark ICDX's Reversed with Virtual DJ windows

My left ICDX USB Controller is controlling the right video, the left ICDX is controlling the left video in Virtual DJ. I can see in sound settings how to flip the audio, where do I flip the video, so the left deck is controlling the video in the left virtual DJ window and the right deck is controlling the video in the right virtual DJ window?

Hit the EJECT button on 1 of the ICDXs. This will flip the control.
 
Or better yet, change the usb connections, reverse them. I had the same problem and once I switched the ports it comes up right.

Thanks for your help, that tip about hitting the eject button was hot, it solved a problem that was really impeding my progress. Virtual DJ is running nicely now and I can switch back and forth easily if the decks get criss crossed with the virtual DJ players!
 
Numark ICDX's playing CD's and MP3's back and forth question? When switching back and forth sometimes I get a message on the ICDX screens saying no PC Link, some kind of USB reconnect problem? Other times, when turning the selector knob, the Hard Drive option "HID" is absent. I have to reboot Virtual DJ, while I continue to play CD's, sometimes one deck comes back online with the "HID," the other doesn't. I'm sure there are some tips that you guys have for this problem too. Right now I'm a little shy about jumping back and forth betwee, playing tracks of CD's versus MP3's on the hard drive. How is everyone else making out going back and forth?
 
Not bouncing around. One of the reasons I got the ICDX was for the back-up capability with out the extra gear. I can have the CD or HardDrive capability and continue a gig without worrying about changing my setup or using something I am not use to. But for a gig I use solely VDJ. If I do get the occasional - can you play this song from this CD then I may use the iCDX for that, but those don't happen that often, as I usually have the song already in VDJ.

Btw, have you checked the firmware version of the iCDX and/or updated to the latest?
 
@silver...go to the Config menu, click on the remote tab untick icdx and retick. It should come up with two green lights after that. Hope that does it.
 
wat sound set up should i leave it on?

i cant get the sound out the speakers? how can i do that
