Does someone at Mackie think that adding extra visible screws randomly all over the face plate make it more rugged/professional/reliable/whatever? :-)
It looks really weird with all the non-symmetrically placed screws - note how the Channel 2 has more screws than the rest.
Also the channel faders are not level horizontally, the 3&4 especially - build quality issues..?

The faders are like that on my D.2 also. It's the knob wiggling a little on the post, only annoying until you use it. You would think Mackie would straighten that out before taking their stock photos though.
