Trimming means cutting off the begining or end of files...

Sorry I posted a wrong link. I have the program, It is called something like "Chopper". I'll check it out later and post the web site for it.

I saw the MPEG2CUT program mentioned on other posts, but it doesn't seem to be downloadable... ???

you can do this with dvd shrink when u initially rip the dvds.
but your best bet would be to use virtual dub....just make sure u use direct stream copy so it doesn't recompress the video.
