it works perfectly if you follow the install instructions many tend to try to guess and mess it up

there's always problems with the new , it's in the nature of things
if you let that stop you ........
there is a lot of great support here especially for the herc ..........
give yourself 2,3,4 days before your next gig to make all these changes and work with it a little and you'll be fine

I am using Vista and Mk2 and it works a hell of a lot better than XP.
