I just picked up a pair of used Tech's 1200 mk2's and a bs Stanton mixer...I am completely new to this and want to know what would I require to setup timecoded vinyl? Also how would I use the features on VDJ such as flanger, brake and sampling once the equipment is connected.

to control the fx you would need to use the mk2 dj console or mp3 control depending on what you have
you would aslo need a card with dual stero ins like the mk2 or maya 44 or u46dj
note that timecode support is limited to 5 minutes per session in home edition to give you a taste of funtionality
it will be nessary to upgrade to pro
