Topic: Just spent 300.00 and i cant install

I just paid 300.00 and i wrote down my cd code and when i am trying to regester to download the program it keeps saying invalid code???? then it says to check my email and the only email i got was the one to regester for this site. I also got a phone call from my cc company since the price was so high it was a automated call to make shure i autorized the purchase. so i know its paid. cant figure out if there is a phone number to this company or what. i am pissed off

Is this the original install of VDJ or did you have a prior copy on the sstem that you removed?
I just reinstalled VDJ on my laptop that I had removed via the standard software removal panel.
That doesn't remove the registry entries which have to go .... START, RUN then enter REGEDT
Once the REGEDT screen comes up, do a FIND VirtualDJ and delete it. BE VERY CAREFUL
when editing your registry because you can screw things up royally.
