I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before, so here goes.
I would like to be able to use my onboard sound to output the effects straight to the mixer.
I'm also using timecodes with Maya 44 US and when I select the ASIO driver for time codes, i lose the option to use 2 soundcards.
I'd heard that you could do this with older versions of VDJ, but i'd like to have more control over my set up with the latest version of VDJ

so then you are looking for a setup which includes a 3 line mixer with 2 sound cards, 1 being asio and the other being wdm.
that would be nice.
so far, it does not exist.

using ASIO4all i think this is possible. but you will lose in latency.
But anyway you can't have the effects go out directly to a 3rd channel. Only samples can.
