I'm a member of the Custom PC forum and they have these " Avater" ( I like that word ) under your user names.
It just put's that personally touch to your comments.

i've suggested this before and has probably been requested by others instead of clicking on the globe to find out where someone your chatting to resides how about replacing the globe with region/country would make for better quick referencing of the person(s) your talking to...

I say instead of that add XP and or Vista under each persons name which will really help in helping other members. But Avatars would be nice as well as signatures.

As a registered Pro User - you get a blog. There you are able to upload a picture of your self and other images - use it. The forums are here to discuss issues. not clutter the forum with adverts and signature blocks.
-- It's about the most annoying thing I see at some of these other forums. Someone answers a persons question with a simple answer of 'Yes that works', but it takes up half the page because of their damn signature block with pics and crap.
