When i plug my rca wires into my 1/2 output i just get good sound from 1 and very little sound from 2 is it that i'm doing something wrong or is it that me MK-2 is broken please help. i'm using a laptop by the way.

Did you checked in the MK2 tray icon that both channels are at the maximum?

While you have the console control panel open, you can also ensure that the balance slider is centered for your 1-2 outputs.
If everything looks okay in the control panel, maybe trying another patch cord is worth a shot.
