just bought the product lastnight and spent countless hours trying to install it. i've downloaded the necessary drivers for vista and followed the specific instructions... once all has been installed according to the instructions, i get this msg saying that my mk2 is not connected. ive unplugged and plugged it back in again over and over and this msg never seems goes away. what am i doing wrong?

I have posted this before.
Uninstall eveything from your system including deleting the HERC from System hardware.
Start the installs again. When the drivers start to install and Vista tells you t has found drivers you just ignore this and wait for the VDJ/HERC installer to finish
