thanks everyone for helping problem still exists on my side got a reply to ticket tried again but still no luck this is driving me crazy, just can't understand where the problem lies plus not computer lit' either, could you not send it to me directly?

are you sure your eyes arent playing a trick on your *? ;)
You should have the following in your Download Center
>> VirtualDJ pro v4.3 PC (full install) (36 MB) -
>> VirtualDJ pro v4.3.r13 Mac (full install) (38 MB) -
>> VirtualDJ pro v5.0 PC (full install) (10 MB) -
NOTE that one ONE of them are v.5.0 (the last one)

anybody still up?
what i can't understand about this problem and hoping someone can explain when initially going into the download centre and choosing V5 as my preferred choice of download its downloaded as a "pre fetch html" has'nt happened before and does'nt happen on any other download choice, did everybody else get this method of download? if not anybody got any ideas or conspiracy theories...lol
got the backroom staff scratching their heads on this one...all help greatly received includiing any wise cracks...

finally got a copy (now i'm too knackered and got to get some sleep its after 4am) will see what all the hoo ha has been about in a few hours...
